Getting to Zatoka Cydrowa in Stegna

By car from Gdańsk it is about 50 km (about 45 minutes) — the S7 expressway to the Nowy Dwór Gdański exit, then regional road 502 (about 14 km, about 15 minutes). By car
From Gdańsk, the Tricity and southern Poland (S7 expressway)
- Take the S7 expressway towards Elbląg (from the south — towards Gdańsk).
- Leave at the Nowy Dwór Gdański junction.
- Follow regional road 502 through Tujsk and Rybina to Stegna (about 14 km, about 15 minutes).
- In Stegna head for ul. Grunwaldzka 12 — parking is on the property.
From Gdańsk city centre it is about 50 km and about 45 minutes. From Gdańsk Lech Wałęsa Airport — about 1 hour.
Seasonal shortcut from Gdańsk: the Świbno–Mikoszewo ferry
From May to September you can also drive from Gdańsk along regional road 501 across Sobieszewo Island and take the ferry over the Vistula from Świbno to Mikoszewo, then continue through Jantar to Stegna. The ferry usually runs from 1 May to 30 September, 7:00–21:00, roughly every 30 minutes; the crossing is paid. In peak season there can be queues — then the S7 route is faster.
By bus from Gdańsk (line 870)
PKS Gdańsk line 870 runs from Gdańsk Bus Station (right next to Gdańsk Główny railway station) on the route Gdańsk – Jantar – Stegna – Sztutowo – Krynica Morska. The journey to Stegna takes about 1.5 hours. The bus stops at several places in Stegna (including Stegna, Dworzec). Timetables change seasonally — check the PKS Gdańsk website before you travel. Call us before arrival and we will tell you the best stop to get off.
By train
The easiest option is a train to Gdańsk Główny, then bus line 870 from the bus station next door (see above).
By plane
The nearest airport is Gdańsk Lech Wałęsa Airport. The drive to Stegna takes about 1 hour (via the S7). By public transport: from the airport to Gdańsk Główny, then bus line 870.
By bike
The coastal R10 cycle route (EuroVelo 10) runs through Stegna — from Mikoszewo (the ferry from Świbno) it is about 11 km via Jantar. Read more about cycling routes on the Area page.
